Weekly Report: Leon COVID Positivity Rate Up, Hospitalizations Down

The weekly report, ending November 8th, shows an increase in cases and positivity rate and lower COVID hospitalizations.

The Numbers

The Leon County 7-day average (yellow-line) of reported COVID cases moved from 69 cases on November 1st to 73 cases on November 8th, a 5.8% increase.

The Leon County 7-day average (yellow-line) of reported COVID hospitalizations changed from 43 on November 1st to 40 on November 8th, a 7.0 % decrease.

The Leon County 7-day average (yellow line) COVID positivity rate changed from 3.59% on November 1st and 4.92% on November 8th, a 37.0% increase.

The positivity rate has been below 5% for 42 consecutive days.
