Sales of existing single-family homes in Leon county were up 24.7% when compared to numbers sold in the same month one year ago. There were 251 single-family home resales in October 2019 and 313 resales in October 2020. Last month there were 314 existing single-family homes sold.
The average sales price in October 2020 increased 14.3% from $273,830 last year to $312,937.
Annual trends show that single-family home sales came in at an annual rate of 3,224 in October. The October annual rate of sales is 6.9% above the annual rate of 3,160 reported one year ago. The annual rate of sales last month was 3,162.
