Hanna: “That Material Should Not Have Been On That Bulletin Board”

After a story by Tallahassee Reports, Leon County School Superintendent Rocky Hanna told The Florida Standard that messages on a bulletin board at Rickards High School were removed because the content violated school board policy.

TR first reported that Leon County Schools was investigating the legality of the contents of a bulletin board controlled by the student led group called the “Gender Sexuality Alliance (GSA).” The bulletin board contained messages that validated bisexuality and promoted the Critical Race Theory concept of “privilege.”

TR learned about the bulletin board from a photo taken by a parent.

Hanna said that while clubs are permitted to advertise their meetings by posting the time, date and location of upcoming meetings, they are “not allowed to share additional propaganda.”

“It was not on the school administration’s radar screen and once it was brought to their attention it was immediately taken down,” Hanna said. “That material should not have been on that bulletin board.”

Nope, attempting to shame those opposed to inappropriate sexuality issues where it has no place by throwing out words like Hitler and Neo-Nazi will not work. It is a simple matter of appropriateness and inappropriateness. You are only making your case worse by name calling.

Perhaps you should take up more important issues like why the addle-brain nincompoop in the White House allowed a Chinese spy balloon in the US Air space and failed to shoot it down as soon as it entered.

Wow... the Hitler card... that didn’t take long. Funny how the self-proclaimed “inclusion” crowd is anything but inclusive. ?

Get a grip kids... you’re not special, just different. No one cares who or what you do in your personal life. You want to do the gay thing, do the gay thing but stop trying to recruit our children. Live your life, pay your bills and taxes, do no harm, and be a productive member of a civil society... and shut the hell up about your unnatural and unhealthy personal choices. Like I said; you’re not special... just different.

Time to rename this rag the Neo-Nazi Enquirer. Why y'all so afraid of folks not like you? What crime do you think has occurred? When did free speech become a crime? Banning books, banning gay, banning black. Y'all are sick!!

If the Clubs were allowed to post their meetings, time, date and locations of their upcoming meetings, why is it that the Bi's took up the WHOLE BOARD? Didn't any of the other Clubs complain about that.

"It wasn't on our radar"? It was posted in the halls of your school, you nitwits! We have complete fools running our school system. It's no wonder your children are so far behind...

“It was not on the school administration’s radar screen and once it was brought to their attention it was immediately taken down,” Hanna said. “That material should not have been on that bulletin board.” ... just two obvious points, if I may...

    1. I find it very hard to believe that this queer propaganda board “was not on the school administration’s radar”. Particularly since they (our tax dollars) likely paid for, provided, and mounted the board in the first place... and also provided the computer(s), paper, printer, ink, et al... to produce the queer propaganda as well... not to mention it’s size and eye-catching colors and phrases.

    2. Was it not the Stupidintendent himself who distributed a memo to teachers and staff, announcing his disagreement with the law, and giving full support to the queer agenda... thus sending a clear signal to them that it is ok to do the same?

Claiming ignorance AFTER getting caught is a classic Marxicrat tactic.

It sounds like to me the School Staff either doesn't care about Policy OR they don't walk the Halls like they should.

Dystopian system these kids are growing up in. You can't mention the existence of certain types of people at school without some self-entitled freak karen caling the thought police.

Here is what I would advise if I were his attorney:
Too late Rockster, too disingenious Rockster, too fake Rockster. The Govornor is already coming for you. Its too late to pretend you care. Just keep your mouth shut. You wont go to jail if you can just keep your mouth shut.
