ServisFirst Bank Tallahassee Expands with New Mortgage Team

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares (NYSE:SFBS), recently announced the addition of a mortgage team to ServisFirst Bank Tallahassee. Tallahassee native Caitlin Yancey Moore will serve as Vice President, Mortgage Production Manager. Lori Rawlings and Sheila Rogers are joining the team as Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officers, while Stephanie Colley joins the team as Mortgage Loan Assistant. Kristen Barrage and Calob Cook join as Mortgage Loan Processor and Mortgage Loan Closer, respectively.

Since launching her finance career in 2005, Caitlin Moore has excelled in various fields within the industry, ultimately landing in the top 1% of residential lenders in the nation. As a top producer in her industry, Moore specializes in Jumbo, Conventional, Construction and Portfolio mortgages, and has extensive experience with VA, FHA, USDA and first-time homebuyer programs.

Lori Rawlings joins ServisFirst Bank Tallahassee as Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer. Rawlings brings thirteen years of banking experience, along with an established presence in both the Tallahassee and Thomasville, Georgia markets.

Sheila Rogers joins ServisFirst Bank Tallahassee as Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer with nearly twenty years of mortgage lending experience. Rogers brings extensive knowledge of the industry and valuable experience with cutting-edge technology, which she utilizes to find the best financing solution for every client.

Moore Celebrates Its 30th Anniversary and Announces Seven New Partners

In 2018, Karen and Richard Moore, owners of the marketing and public affairs agency Moore, invested in a five-year growth program leading to the agency’s 30th anniversary in 2023. The program goals were to expand client services, grow revenue, and develop the next generation of ownership and leadership. Terrie Ard, the agency’s president, chief operating officer, and minority shareholder, was responsible for helping guide the growth program, develop the management team, and lead them in serving the agency’s valued clients.

Goodwood Museum & Gardens Welcomes New Marketing Manager

Goodwood Museum & Gardens, a center for history, preservation, education, and private events in the heart of Tallahassee, is announcing the newest member of its roster of staff: Ashley Hunter, manager of marketing and programming.

Ms. Hunter comes to Goodwood with a lifelong passion for history, Florida, and preservation.

As a 3-generation Tallahassee native, she understands firsthand the importance and beauty of Florida’s capital city and its historic sites. Ms. Hunter is an award-winning journalist and photographer, coming to Goodwood at the end of 5+ years in a newsroom.

Native Pest Management Announces Three Promotions

Native Pest Management has promoted Zachary Smith, Peter Perticone and Ian Wright to management positions.

Zachary has been promoted to Outside Sales Manager and will lead the outside sales team. Zachary started at Native Pest Management as a route technician in 2019. In 2020, he was promoted to outside sales representative, and achieved his goal of over $1 million in sales in 2022.

At the Tallahassee branch, Ian was promoted to Inside Sales Manager. With a year of experience at Native Pest Management as an Inside Sales Representative, and with previous experience as a data analyst, Ian will be instrumental to Native Pest Management’s continued rapid growth throughout Florida.

Peter was promoted from Service Manager to Branch Manager. He started his career in 2021 as a route technician, and in his new position he will oversee operations at Native Pest Management’s largest branch in West Palm Beach.

Peter says, “being in this industry for 10+ years, Native Pest Management is the only company that was willing to invest in me and wants to see me grow.
