Leon County Grand Jury Indicts Donna Adelson

Just days after her arrest in Miami, Florida, a Leon County grand jury has indicted Donna Adelson, 73, for her role in the murder of her son-in-law, Dan Markel.

On Tuesday, the grand jury returned an indictment for first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, and solicitation to commit first-degree murder. These are the same charges that for which her son, Charlie Adelson, was convicted last week.

Adelson was arrested Monday night as she attempted to board a flight with her husband at Miami International Airport with one-way tickets to Vietnam. Reports indicate that couple booked the flight the day after their son was found guilty.

The indictment is provided below:

Harvey wasn’t arrested though, right? This article makes it seem as though he was.
