Tallahassee Growth Management Agenda Features Medical Facility, Car Museum Expansion, Manufacturing Project

On Thursday December 28 at 8:30 a.m., the Tallahassee Growth Management Department will hold a Type A & Pre-Submittal meeting.

The Type A & Pre-Submittal meetings allow applicants to receive detailed comments on their project proposals from all relevant departments. The goal is to identify potential problems & solutions early in process.

Type A Site Plan

TSP230096 – Metal Fabrication and Sales

  1. How about a report on Tallahassees year end report, which headlines economic development, but only mentions one development, amazon. The rest is all the parks and wealth redistribution they did. Where is the wealth creation?

    Here I see a couple more warehouses and more healthcare. Where are the median non govt related jobs?

  2. I have no issues for those 5 Projects. I am shocked that Werner Kia isn’t moving to the East Side over by Kraft Nissan area.
