Four Suspects Arrested in Leon County Burglaries

The Leon County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) recently announced the arrest of four suspects in a series of December and January burglaries. All of the suspects are between 18 and 22 years old.

The incidents targeted Lincoln High School and a business on Bannerman Road in Bradfordville. Various valuable items, including golf carts, US currency, and CBD products, were stolen.

The Leon County Sheriff’s Office Property Crimes Unit detectives have arrested four suspects linked to a series of burglaries that occurred in December 2023. The initial incidents targeted two locations: Lincoln High School and a business in the 3400 block of Bannerman Road.

Subsequently, the business location fell victim to a second burglary the following month, leading to the arrest of three individuals: 22-year-old Hunter Aultman, 20-year-old Jake Bitzer, and 20-year-old Logan Bass.

During the investigations, it was revealed that the trio was involved in all three cases, and Aultman solely masterminded the commercial burglary. Various valuable items, including golf carts, US currency, and CBD products, were stolen.

Further interviews conducted by LCSO detectives revealed the involvement of 18-year-old Tyler Huff in the Lincoln High School burglary.

The suspects, Aultman, Bitzer, Bass, and Huff, face several charges related to this investigation including Burglary, Grand Theft, and Trespassing on School Grounds.
