The Lincoln Trojans lead the most recent MaxPreps high school football rankings for teams in Leon County.
The table pictured below is a ranking of the 10 high schools located in Leon County that have football teams based on current record, overall rating and strength of schedule as shown in MaxPreps. The stats used in this edition of high school volleyball rankings were updated on MaxPreps as of September 15, 2024.
Lincoln
The Trojans remain in front of the Leon County Rankings while not playing a game since 9/5. They are currently undefeated and end their break with an away game against Ware County on 9/20. Although Lincoln’s first game against a 5A District 2 team is on 9/26 against the Leon Lions at the Lions’ den.
FSUHS
Florida High stays second in the rankings after a dominant 27-6 win over the South Broward Bulldogs in Tallahassee on 9/13, moving them to 2-2. The Seminoles counted on their rushing attack during a rainy night against the Bulldogs with running back Teagan Hacket (Jr.) going for 200 yards on 25 carries with a long of 54 yards and one touchdown. FSUHS’s next game is at South Walton this Friday.
Rickards
Improving to 3-1, Rickards beat the Chiles Timberwolves in a close game with a final score of 14-7. With this win, the Raiders jumped Chiles in the Leon County rankings moving them to the third spot behind FSHUS. Later this week Rickards will have an away game against Colquitt County on 9/20.
