Pump Prices Stay Under $3

Average gasoline prices remained below $3 a gallon in Florida during the past week, as the national average ticked down. Florida motorists Monday paid an average of $2.96 a gallon for regular unleaded gas, up a nickel from a week earlier, according to the AAA auto club.

“Gas price cycling continues at Florida gas pumps, where the state average declines for five to 10 days, then rebounds anywhere from 10 to 25 cents,” AAA spokesman Mark Jenkins said in a prepared statement. “Fortunately, this week’s hike was on the low end, and drivers continue to find some of the lowest prices of the year.”

The national average price Monday was $3.04, down a penny from a week earlier, according to AAA.

If you check Gas Buddy's price charts gas prices climb during the weekend and dip during the week.

I have never seen Stations jump around as much as these do. Monday they're at $2.59 Thursday they're at $2.95 Friday Night they're at $2.79 and it just repeats. it has been like that for about 6 Months even going as low as $2.52 and going as high as $3.09. Very Strange.
