    School Board Elected Officials...Take all the emotion out of the decision-making process. You were elected to make very difficult decisions....so make them...Now.
    Yes, you will be publicly criticized for your decisions...but don't make excuses.
    Michael Jordan once said, "It is not a failure until you make it an excuse." These difficult decisions need to be made NOW.
