Sales of existing single-family homes increased in February by 15.7% when compared to numbers sold in February one year ago. There were 192 single-family home resales in February 2017 and 166 resales in February 2016.
The latest numbers show that annualized rate of sales was 3,081 in February. That is 7.9% above the annual rate of 2,855 reported in February 2016.

The chart below shows that the 12-month and 3-month averages sales price of single-family homes is approximately $225,000.
One year ago the 12-month average sales price was $215,000 – that is a 4.7% increase when compared to the latest numbers reported for February.
