Sales of existing single-family homes in Leon county were up 12.7% when compared to numbers sold in the same month one year ago. There were 268 single-family home resales in April 2020 and 302 resales in April 2021. Last month there were 316 existing single-family homes sold.
The average sales price in April 2021 increased 7.9% from $285,653 last year to $308,240.
Annual trends show that single-family home sales transactions came in at a rate of 3,489 in March, 2021. The March 2021 annual rate of sales is 6.8% above the annual rate of 3,268 reported one year ago. The annual rate of sales last month was 3,455.

The average price of homes sold over the last twelve months in Leon county was $296,791. This is 9.5% above the $271,047 sales price reported one year ago.
