A Senate Republican this week proposed preventing local governments from regulating electric-vehicle charging stations. Senate Agriculture Chairman Jay Collins, R-Tampa, included the prohibition in a bill (SB 1084) that includes a wide range of issues related to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
Under the proposal, regulation of electric-vehicle charging stations would be controlled by the state — what is known as a “preemption” of local authority. Under current law, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services oversees such things as requirements for posting prices at charging stations. Collins’ bill is filed for the legislative session that will start Jan. 9.
DPS must be an AI bot prototype and clearly shows the downside and why they need to go back to the drawing board.

In any situation, the lifetime of batteries and how much they can store is increasing over time. How has this analysis incorporated in technical improvements in battery storage, lifetime, and construction?
We are in the midst of (yet another) unseasonably warm winter following the hottest summer on record, and you still will see the same people make the same bleating arguments regurgitated straight from the mouths of the oil companies. It is embarrassing.

The problem with electric vehicles it takes about 7 years of use to offset the carbon produced during mining and manufacturing EV batteries. That leaves maybe 3 years of battery life remaining before the consumer has to replace them and start the process over. The giant earth moving trucks that dig up the minerals to make the EV batteries consume 5300 gallons of fuel daily each.
The liberal pushing EV’s cannot tell you what a woman is. Their entire research into most subjects is merely watching a 15 minute YouTube video.
