After nearly nine years as a high-ranking Tallahassee government official, Ben Pingree will serve as the next Deputy Director of Aviation for the City of Tallahassee’s International Airport.

During the June 21st Tallahassee City Commission meeting, Commissioner Curtis Richardson was unofficially appointed as the point person to negotiate a settlement between the developer, Circle K and residents related to a controversy over the location of a gas station on commercial property at the corner of Dempsey Mayo and Welaunee Blvd.

The Community Redevelopment Agency recently voted (4-1) to explore options related to providing financial assistance to the owners of Railroad Square.
