It seems to me the Gadsden County Sheriff doesn’t want to enforce marijuanna law just like he doesn’t enforce the law against illegal Internet cafes.
Increase homelessness, vote Yes on 3. Increase hopelessness, vote Yes on 4.
Edward, and its already illegal for kids driving around drunk and on their phones. Banning doesnt work. It just creates worse crime. Focus on actual harm and throw the book at those people. Leave responsible people alone. I choose freedom over security.

Im torn on Amend 3. Weed should definitely be decriminalized, but this amendment both goes too far and not far enough. Its limited to just weed, when a general right to smoke or grow what you want in private should be in the constitution, with the leg regulating the details. And it goes too far in constitutionally limiting possession to small amounts. In the end this probably wont change much. It should be treated like alcohol, legal to make or use as you want, illegal to endanger others, and throw the book at offenders.
