Skylar Zander, State Director for AFP-FL, said his group is counting on thousands of volunteers to make the difference in a handful of critical legislative races in Florida for Republicans.

With early voting wrapped and many remaining Florida voters preparing to storm the polls tomorrow, the numbers show Republicans whistling their way into Election Day while Democrats appear to be paddling upstream. Despite the big Sunday “Souls to the Polls” push—a reliable anchor of Democratic strategy—the blue team barely made a dent in the GOP’s early voting cushion.

Election Day has finally arrived in the US, following former President Donald Trump’s and Vice President Kamala Harris’ last-minute campaign blitzes in key battleground states. Trump held rallies in North Carolina and Pennsylvania yesterday before ending in Michigan, while Harris spent the day in Pennsylvania. Track live election results here.
