The latest Florida Realtors report shows that there were 290 October single-family sales in the Tallahassee MSA, up 9.8% when compared to last year. The median sales price was $323,900, up 1.2% from October 2023.
At the December 10th meeting, Leon County Commissioners (Board) will receive a status report on transitional housing in Leon County for homeless individuals and families. The Board requested the report at its July 9, 2024, meeting.
