• WHAT…For the first Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as
  low as 26. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as
  low as 19. For the second Freeze Warning, sub-freezing
  temperatures as low as 29 expected.
• WHERE…Portions of Big Bend and Panhandle Florida and south
  central and southwest Georgia.
• WHEN…For the first Freeze Warning and Cold Weather Advisory,
  until 8 AM EST /7 AM CST/ Tuesday. For the second Freeze Warning,
  from midnight EST /11 PM CST/ Tuesday Night to 8 AM EST /7 AM CST/
  Wednesday.
• IMPACTS…Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
