ON THE CLOCK — PART 1: The Comments. For more than two years, a City of Tallahassee employee working for Commissioner Jeremy Matlow anonymously posted hundreds of comments about City Hall, local political issues and candidates. A TR investigation found that much of that activity occurred during weekday working hours — including dozens of comments during periods when City payroll records show the employee working his regular City schedule. The employee is Ryan Ray, Matlow’s City Commission aide and a prominent figure in local Democratic politics. Details.

Federal investigators yesterday said they have begun collecting evidence from an Amazon cargo plane that overshot the runway at Miami International Airport by roughly 1,300 feet Sunday. The incident killed at least five people, injured at least five others, and shut down all runways for several hours.
