The Tallahassee Quarterback Club announced their Players of the Week for the week of November 6th.
The selections include Co-Defensive winners this week and no Special Teams Player. Plaques will be delivered to the players this week at practice.
Also, this is the last week for the regular season. Next week the playoffs begin.
Offensive Player of the Week:
Ricky Henrilus, Lincoln High School
Rushed 36 times for 201 yards and 4 touchdowns.
Co-Defensive Players of the Week:
Joey Grant, Leon High School
9 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, 1 interception returned for a touchdown.
Javon Wooten, Rickards High School
5 tackles, 2 interceptions, one returned for a touchdown.
Offensive Lineman of the Week:
Travius Harris, Rickards High School
graded out at 89%with 6 pancake blocks.
The Tallahassee Quarterback Club was formed in 1949 to support local high school and college football. The club and its members show their passion for the game of football while recognizing and supporting good sportsmanship.
The club’s official meetings are during the football season; however several social and networking opportunities are planned throughout the year.
