Sales of existing single-family homes in Leon county decreased 1.1% when compared to numbers sold in the same month one year ago. There were 366 single-family home resales in June 2018 and 362 resales in June 2019. Last month there were 344 existing single-family homes sold.
The average sales price in June 2019 decreased 1.2% to $278,806 from $282,073 one year ago.
Annual trends show that single-family home sales decreased to an annual rate of 3,021 in June, down from the 3,025 reported last month. The annual rate of sales is now 4.6% below the annual rate of 3,168 reported a year ago.
