Sales of existing single-family homes in Leon county increased 18.0% when compared to numbers sold in the same month one year ago. There were 183 single-family home resales in November 2018 and 216 resales in November 2019. Last month there were 251 existing single-family homes sold.
The average sales price in November 2019 decreased 4.9% to $265,638 from $279,463 one year ago.
Annual trends show that single-family home sales increased to an annual rate of 3,193 in November, up from the 3,160 reported last month. The annual rate of sales is 3.5% above the annual rate of 3,084 reported a year ago.
