Leon County March Home Re-Sales Hold Steady, Prices Up

Sales of existing single-family homes in Leon county remained unchanged when compared to numbers sold in the same month one year ago. There were 252 single-family home resales in March 2019 and 254 resales in March 2020. Last month there were 218 existing single-family homes sold.

The average sales price in March 2020 increased 8.2% from $243,964 to $263,919 one year ago.

Annual trends show that single-family home sales came in at an annual rate of 3,319 in March. The annual rate was 3,317 last month. The annual rate of sales is 12.0% above the annual rate of 2,964 reported one year ago.
