Sales of existing single-family homes in Leon county were down 16% when compared to numbers sold in the same month one year ago. There were 319 single-family home resales in April 2019 and 268 resales in April 2020. Last month there were 254 existing single-family homes sold.
The average sales price in April 2020 increased 9.3% from $261,280 to $285,653 one year ago.
Annual trends show that single-family home sales came in at an annual rate of 3,268 in April. The annual rate was 3,319 last month. The April annual rate of sales is 7.9% above the annual rate of 3,030 reported one year ago.
