UPDATED: County Commission Approves Bradfordville Road Commercial Plat

The Board of County Commissioners met today and voted to reapprove the plat for the Bradfordville Road Commercial Subdivision.

The Bradfordville Road Commercial Subdivision plat was initially approved by the Board in September 2020, but it was not recorded in the public record within 60 days because of delays in obtaining necessary signatures. The applicant, Victory Real Estate Tallahassee, LLC, is a Riverview, Fla. based company and is now requesting reapproval of the plat to be recorded in the public record since all signatures and documentarians are expected to be obtained before the Board meeting.

The subdivision is located 0.12 miles east of the Thomasville Road and Bradford Road intersection. The subdivision being platted spans 5.37 acres and consists of five different commercial lots.

There have not been any changes in the condition of the plat since the Board’s initial approval in September. Since Bradfordville Road Commercial Subdivision is a private subdivision and does not contain any public infrastructure to be maintained by the County, no performance or maintenance agreements/surety devices are required. The Bradfordville Road Commercial Subdivision was approved by the Department of Development Support and Environmental Management as a Type “A” site on Feb. 11, 2020.

It would be helpful if you explained what an 'A' site is.
