Prime Meridian Names Chief Bank Officer, Business Development Officer
Prime Meridian Bank has named Kyle D. Phelps Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer. He joined the Bank in late August, 2021. Mr.
Phelps was formerly a Commercial Banking and Specialty Lending Executive for Capital City Bank where he oversaw corporate banking, commercial loan participations, and institutional banking, among other responsibilities. His work experience includes commercial banking and private banking management, commercial real estate lending, and commercial special assets.
Mr. Phelps holds certifications as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). He is a graduate of Liberty University and received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida. He serves on the Board of the Tallahassee Downtown Redevelopment Commission and is a former Chair for the Foundation for Leon County Schools.
In early August, the Bank also named Scott Higginbotham Vice President
and Business Development Officer. Mr. Higginbotham’s commercial business background includes ownership of Capital City Harley-Davidson from 2000-2013, and as a Ford auto dealer in the 1990s. “I’m excited to combine the opportunity to follow my passion for small business with the team at Prime Meridian Bank,” he said. “That’s what makes this a win win for me.”
Waste Pro’s Ralph Mills Appointed Senior Vice President
Waste Pro executive Ralph Mills, who leads the company’s Coastal Region, has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Mills, who joined Waste Pro in 2006, has more than 35 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, Mills has been involved in all aspects of the industry, ranging from collection, recycling, and disposal of solid waste to landfill operations and management. In his expanded role as Senior Vice President, Mills will continue his leadership as Regional Vice President of the Coastal Region, which stretches from Tallahassee, FL throughout southern Alabama. He now will be also responsible for negotiations of all waste disposal agreements within the company.
Mills is a graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance.

Domi Station Announces Changes to Board
Domi Station announced today the appointment of Ali Kamakhi as its new Board of Directors Chairman. This is following Yuh-Mei Hutt’s concluded
term as Board Chairwoman, who played an instrumental part in accelerating the local startup community. Mrs. Hutt will remain on the board as the Immediate Past Chair and continue to support Domi Station’s mission.
Joining Kamakhi are two additional board members: Elizabeth Ricci, Esq., of Rambana & Ricci P.L.L.C, and Ricardo Schneider, President, of Danfoss Turbocor Compressors Inc.Ricci is the Managing Partner at Rambana & Ricci P.L.L.C, Immigration Attorneys and will bring plenty of expertise to Domi.
Schneider, skilled in helping leadership teams shape innovative strategies and align shareholders and organizations to deliver profitable growth, will be instrumental in Domi Station’s development. He has been successful in fostering a startup company mentality which creates a culture of innovation among the employees of Danfoss Turbocor.
