TC Federal Bank recently welcomed Ryan Poole to their Tallahassee team as a Commercial Banker. Mr. Poole has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry with has vast experience in commercial lending, small business development and bank management. Mr. Poole involved in the community, with organizations such as Sunrise Rotary, Early Learning Coalition, ULI, The Seminole Boosters, NEBA and many others.
Mr. Poole received an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Georgia Southern University and an MBA from Florida State University. He is an avid Noles fan and loves to travel (especially to college football stadiums), spend time with his family, read and golf.

Mike Dasher Joins Capital City Bank
Capital City Bank recently announced Mike Dasher has joined its team of wealth advisors, bringing more than seven years of experience in the financial industry and 13 years of experience in charitable gift planning and development with Florida State University. Dasher will be teaming with Capital City Trust Company, Capital City Investments and Capital City Strategic Wealth to provide expertise in investment strategies, retirement planning, estate and tax planning and risk management for clients.
Dasher is a graduate of Florida State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is an active community volunteer, currently serving as a member of the Tallahassee Regional Estate Planning Council, Tallahassee Quarterback Club, Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce and Economic Club of Florida. Douglas Kilby Earns Certified Information Privacy Professional
Stearns Weaver Miller recently announced that Tallahassee Litigation Shareholder Douglas Kilby has earned the ANSI-accredited Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) credential through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). The CIPP/ US demonstrates a strong foundation in U.S. private-sector privacy laws and regulations and is the global standard in privacy certification.
“The CIPP/US provides me with a formal, in-depth understanding of privacy and data protection law, and the IAPP resources will allow me to better serve clients in strengthening compliance and risk mitigation practices,” said Kilby.
Kilby is a seasoned litigator with over 30 years of experience, focusing his practice on class action, anti- trust, consumer protection, business litigation, and government investigations. These investigations include matters involving Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practice Act (FDUTPA) and Florida’s Antitrust, RICO, CANSPAM, data breach, and price gouging statutes.
Kilby is a former Senior Assistant Attorney General of the State of Florida’s Economic Crimes (Antitrust) Division and has more than 20 years’ experience advising clients with internal investigations and creating compliance policies and systems to reduce the risk of government enforcement actions.
