On Feb. 12, the Chiles girls soccer season came to an end with a loss in the FHSAA 5A regional final to Ponte Vedra. They made a deep run in the state tournament beating teams such as Orang Park and Beachside. Although coming up short in the state tournament, the Timberwolves had an impressive season under first year head coach, Jordan Godfrey.
After losing in the 6A District 2 Championship to Niceville last year, the Timberwolves became District champs in 2025 by beating Mosley 4-0 in the 5A District 2 final.
Some of the most notable statistical leaders on Chiles’ team include Raegan Wolfe (Sr.) with 12 goals, Jada Bartusek (Jr.) with 5 assists, Kyndal Smith (Sr.) with 140 steals, and Raegan Wolfe with 21 shots on goal. The Chiles keeper, Gracie Gerteisen (Fr.), helped aid the Timberwolves in their success with 44 saves on the season and two shut outs.
Chiles ended the season ranked 5th in their Classification (FHSAA 5A), 19th in the state of Florida and 27th in the nation.
