City wants to sue Circle K to stop a gas station from being built, while at the same time building a city owned EV vehicle station. Circle K should sue the city for unfair govt competition.
The article says 30c a kilowatt hour so it seems users will be charged. To compare home usage is 9c per kwh.
I’d be curious as the cost to taxpayers to build and maintain it. Last I checked the city hasn’t built any gas stations for me.
I could be wrong but, when you say, city-owned electric vehicle charging station, is that for City use or Public use?
Building a Graduate Campus in downtown Jacksonville? How will Parking be handled?
The Founding Fathers did not think tax money should go to benefit the few who own electric toy cars. How about free gas for the rest of us.
