LCSO Announces Six Arrested After Drug Trafficking Investigation

In a press release Wednesday, LCSO revealed that six people were arrested during the months of May and June and face various charges, ranging from trafficking to conspiracy to traffic. Those suspects include Abraham Wiggins, Jukil Whitehead, Antonio Johnson, Antwan Lewis, Rafael Garland and Lee Harris Jr.

The press release stated that during the Summer of 2024, the Leon County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) Vice and Narcotics Unit and the North Florida HIDTA CADRE Initiative conducted a criminal investigation into Abraham Wiggins, a suspected polydrug trafficker in Leon County, FL.

As the investigation developed, it was determined that Wiggins was a member of a Drug Trafficking Organization (DTO) responsible for supplying and selling cocaine and other narcotics to the citizens of Leon County.

The North Florida HIDTA CADRE Initiative responsible for dismantling and disrupting DTO’s within Leon County and the Big Bend adopted the investigation and utilized all of its resources and investigative efforts to identify those responsible for distributing cocaine and Alpha (Molly) throughout our community.
