    Did Commissioner Porter offer any alternative ideas or plans to address crime? If, as she stated, her position is that law enforcement is not a sustainable or evidence-based way of address crime, then what is? I’m all for considering a better way, but what is it and is there empirical data to support that sustainable or evidence-based way?

    Opposition is not a solution.
