According to filings with Leon County and the City of Tallahassee, the number of single-family new construction permits, and permit value were relatively flat in December 2025 when compared to December 2024. This is also the case for the year. The number of permits issued in 2025 were the same as in 2024, see chart below. Read more.

It was only a matter of time before something like the tragedy in Minneapolis occurred. The radical anarchists on the left have been pushing for this to happen. Prayers for all those involved, including the woman whose manipulatable emotions and mental malleability led her to martyr herself for the left and their deranged cause of hatred for our country.
Keep your head on a swivel, watch your six, and be ready to defend yourself, your family, and your property. The deranged hate-fueled lunatics on the left are not done trying to cause chaos in our country.
