A locally owned tech startup company -Foodies Takeout and Delivery (Foodies) – is reporting the business has successfully closed its second round of investment funding at a $2 million valuation.

Founded by tech entrepreneur Dustin Rivest, the company press release states that Foodies “has made significant strides since its inception, now handling thousands of orders monthly through its innovative platform.”

The new funding will be used to extend Foodies market presence in Tallahassee and prepare for expansion into new markets in the third quarter of this year.
