  1. @David T. Hawkins … correct, sir. The Florida case was tossed because he lacks standing. No matter what happens in any court elsewhere, on appeal the same issue will force any finding to be tossed out (and they know it). He was not appointed by the requirements of the U.S. Constitution. He has no more standing than you or me. Additionally, he has not had any authority to do any official investigation. This is about dogging Trump and trying to further muddy him in the minds of independents.

  2. Isn’t Jack Smith actually NOT supposed to be prosecuting this Case, not even supposed to be any where near it? Something about his “Status” of being a Prosecutor?

  3. Speaking of TPD, where are they? I seldom see them out in traffic and don’t remember the last time I saw one with a vehicle pulled over. Traffic is becoming a zoo and dangerous. One can no longer just enter the intersection and feel safe. It’s necessary to check traffic first because it’s too likely that someone is coming through the red light first.

Jack Smith is a partisan hack. To release this 5 weeks before the election just to give fodder to the media is obvious.
