TMH has withdrawn a controversial request submitted to the City of Tallahassee for a change in the current governance structure.
The email stated, “We wanted to let you know that TMH is hereby withdrawing its request that the City confirm the proposed changes to the TMH Articles and Bylaws, as set forth in that Memorandum to you dated January 24, 2025. “
The email, from Murray Moore with Pennington Law firm, was dated April 17th.
