As Gov. Ron DeSantis seeks to remake higher education in Florida, the state university system’s Board of Governors on Wednesday signed off on controversial new leaders at two universities and approved hiring a former lieutenant governor as president of a third.
An estimated 7,415 first-time unemployment claims were filed in Florida during the week that ended June 14, according to a U.S. Department of Labor report released Wednesday. The total was down from an estimated 8,786 claims during the previous week.

So, the League of Women Voters of Florida has a new President, Jessica Lowe-Minor, and she wants to: 01> Fight voter misinformation, 02> expand access to the ballot, and 03> restore trust in the elections process.
01> How will she do that, since it is mostly the Democrats spreading the Misinformation?
02> How will she do that, continue fighting against the Voter ID Law and fight to allow illegals to Vote?
