  1. They should look to see if the declines match the increases at Valdosta, Albany and Jacksonville airports where you can fly out/in much cheaper than TIA (even considering paying for parking).

Where are the International flights to again?

  2. Flew from TIA this week. Main terminal is in process of renovation. Seems like the last time I used it, it was being renovated as well. For an airport with such low traffic, the city seems to always be giving it a face-lift. Maybe they could use that money as incentives for another airline instead of wasting it on new floors in the check in area?

  3. That international airport designation sure hasn’t made a positive impact. COT once again wastes money so our elected officials can feel important.

  4. The short term decline is because Legislative Session was in January and February this year.

Long term, the TLH Airport must attract a low cost carrier to the airport to increase the traffic in a substantial way. The market for the current routes is pretty finite.

As for me, I make the trip to Panama City and JAX at least twice a year to fly. I cannot justify billing my clients an extra 400 dollars to fly out of Tallahassee.
