Former President of Northwest Florida Black Business Group Arrested on Fraud Charges

According to public records, Jullian Bobbie Williams, the former President of the Northwest Florida Black Business Investment Corporation (NWFBBIC), was arrested this past Friday by the Leon County Sheriff on fraud charges.

The 2017 registration of the NWFBBIC with the state of Florida is shown below.

The 2018 registration, filed on February 26, 2018, did not include Williams.

NWFBBIC is a not for profit organization which exists, according to its mission statement, “to facilitate the financing of projects undertaken by African Americans.”

A state of Florida 2018 business registration also shows Williams as the President of the Abundant Living Faith Ministries in Tallahassee.

The four charges listed by LCSO were “GRAND THEFT $20,000 LESS THAN $100,000”, “FRAUD-SWINDLE OBTAIN PROPERTY $20,000 LESS THAN $50,000”, FRAUD-SWINDLE DEFRAUD FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, and “FRAUD-IMPERSON ATTEMPT TO USE ID OF ANOTHER PERSON WO CONSENT.”

At least three individuals, who have had business dealings with the NFBBIC, have alleged corrupt financial dealings involving Williams and others affiliated with the NWFBBIC.

Darrel Willis, one of these individuals, took to Facebook to applaud the arrest and to thank the Tallahassee Police Department for their work on the case.

  1. Often if we reverse an organization’s mission statement we get more truth than most gentle readers will be anle to process.
However: “to facilatate the financing of projects undertaken by white Americans.”
There you go – proof positive that no good ever comes from a raciest organazation be it white or black.
