YEP. While fixing up my Home over the last couple of Months, I have had several Realtors stop by to ask me if I was fixing it up to sell. I of course said NO. They said I should be able to get between $135K and $165K based on the homes that have recently sold in my Neighborhood. I said True BUT, to be able to buy another Home as good as this one, I would have to SPEND $165 to $180K and double my Payments so, No thank you.
