Weekly Report Ending Jan. 31st: Leon COVID Cases and Positivity Rate Down, Hospitalizations Unchanged

TR’s weekly report (January 24– January 31) on Leon County COVID cases, hospitalizations, and testing positivity rates is detailed below.

The weekly COVID report, ending January 31th, shows decreases in new cases and the positivity rate. The 7-day average hospitalization numbers remained unchanged when compared to last week.

The Numbers

The Leon County 7-day average (yellow-line) of reported COVID cases moved from 219 cases on January 24th to 192 cases on January 31st, a 12.3% decrease.

The Leon County 7-day average (yellow-line) of reported COVID hospitalizations remain unchanged as of January 31st from the 135 reported during the week of January 24th.

The Leon County 7-day average (yellow line) COVID positivity rate changed from 8.4% on January 24th to 7.6% on January 31st, a 9.5% decrease.

  1. More children are dying from suicide than from coronavirus! However too many teachers and their union leaders say keep them isolated at home!

  2. Everyone who died in 2020 died of the China Bio-Weapon Flu, and it was all President Trumps fault… just ask the NaziCrats, Media PACs, Dr. Fraudci, and the CDC. But don’t worry William… all you have to do is wear a face diaper while driving and stay 6’ away from the nearest vehicle.. and all will be just fine.
