Afghan Special Forces Commando Abdul Wasi Safi is one of the soldiers left behind in war-torn Afghanistan after helping the United States. He made his way to the U.S. Southern border and Waltz is advocating for him saying, “I fought alongside soldiers like Abdul in Afghanistan who risked their lives to build a better future for their country while keeping Americans safe.”

  1. Pray for leadership as what we have is inefficient and ineffective. We need leadership who has the interest of the public at large in mind and not pawns to the developers to fund their next reelection campaigns.

Uber is price gouging, crime is out of control, the City of Tallahassee leadership will not allow tpd to attend motor vehicle accidents they send a silly community circus ineffective representatives to attend accidents, the inmates are “literally” running the asylum and the list goes on and on…

    Please pray for effective leadership.

  2. Amen Barb! It ALL starts in the home and school environments. A nearly 70+% out-of-wedlock birth rate, no fathers, the destruction of the family unit (brought to you by blm), removing GOD from our schools, an Entitlement Mattress mentality, illiteracy, and politicians and their Media PACs telling them to blame everyone else.

Instead of teaching children hate, activism, victimhood, and this transdelusional insanity… try teaching our children how to Read, Write, and do Arithmetic.

  3. According to the public school system, half the public school children cannot read at grade level. People who want to reduce crime and improve employment opportunities and wages for the poor should start with ensuring children can read. Writing and math skills are helpful as well in attaining a better life.

  4. Pastor Judy Mandrell, Pray, for sure Pray BUT, Cracking down on the Criminals is what is needed. Longer Sentences for Repeats, Violent Criminals, Criminals who use anything as a Weapon, all need to get MAJOR time. Others need to to get longer times as well. No more reducing Charges just to close a Case. Build more Prisons if need be, in fact, redirect the money from all those Programs that are not working to building another Prison. It is time they know, they WILL get Caught and they WILL do TIME, Major Time.

  5. @ B Love. Build community parks, mid-night basketball, keep the swimming pool open? All of that has been tried and failed. The black community is to blame for the problems the black community faces. Tell us what type of jobs you think the black community needs and I’ll tell you how to accomplish it without making the taxpayer pay for it. Does the individual deserve any responsibility for being a failure in the job market? Most of them made adult decisions with consequences that determined their fate.

  6. It will be interesting to watch to see how the decision makers in the “Biden” Administration (Biden’s puppet masters) handle Florida Congressman Waltz’ request to grant parole to Abdul Wasi Safi.

@ Pat A I wish local Black voters would read your post and react accordingly.

@ B Love the power of prayer is awesome.

  7. Thank God for leaders like Pastor Judy, who is advocating for a safe community. Once we can get the fairness in our city somethings might change. When we have more jobs to offer to the black community that is paid equal wages some of the crime rates might change, we are the capital of Florida and the City have land to build family amusement parks, maybe this will help.
. Yes, we do need prayers and I don’t underestimate what praying can do but we have to get to the root of the matter if these shootings. Where were this community at before these shootings increased. We are dealing with the last days forces of evil and it going to take much prayer and study of our enemy. (Satan) to defeat this problem. Praying constantly will help change the situation in our society. But IF God be for us who can be against us. My God have mercy on America.

  8. Pastor Mandrell has endured personal loses I wouldn’t wish on anyone. And I am a strong advocate of daily prayers and regular and consistance church attendance. However, she should, more than most, realize it is the black community that has the most crime, gun violence, poverty and unwed mothers. The Democrat party and Tallahassee/Leon county elected officials have failed the black community. Yet, “souls to the polls”, will ensure liberal rule for Tallahassee. My advise, pray, be active in a bible based church and start electing those that will get tough on crime and stop rewarding poor life choices.
