FLORIDA NEWS

California Gov. Gavin Newsom was recently in Florida speaking at a library near the New College of Florida campus in Sarasota. At the event, Newsom criticized Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and what he called a “backward-looking conservative attempt to reshape education in the U.S.” according to the Associated Press. New College of Florida has gone through an overhaul with DeSantis appointing conservative board of trustee members.

More presidential endorsements are rolling in. This time, Florida Congressman Byron Donalds is endorsing former President Donald Trump for ’24. “There is only one leader at this time in our nation’s history who can seize this moment and deliver what we need,” Donalds said in a statement, “to get us back on track, provide strength and resolve, and Make America Great Again.” U.S. Reps. Matt Gaetz and Anna Paulina Luna are two other Florida Republicans endorsing Trump.

  1. I’m giddy over the Democrat’s recent self imposed wounds, but it’s not enough. They’ve made entirely too many people dependent on “free government money” that will continue to vote to perpetuate the cash flow until something changes to where these people truly become self dependent and happy about it.

Go read the 6th Amendment. I’ll wait……. It’s only a short paragraph, and notice the phrase about half way through where it clearly says that the accused has the right to know the charges against him. Bragg’s “the law says I don’t have to tell you” is just cover fire. The Constitution trumps any local law or prosecutor’s political ambition.

  2. Governor hair gel chooses a strong conservative area to visit Florida. Is he really here on official business or looking to purchase a home? Anyway while he was misusing California tax dollars on a junket to Sarasota RFK Jr outmaneuvered him and filed to run for President. Is it ironic that RFK Jr did this one day after that silly DA Bragg filed those ridiculous charges? Democrats all over the country are self-destructing. Two were removed from office in Tennessee, one flipped to Republican elsewhere, two were arrested in Tallahassee this week…
