  1. “……….requests for golf car operation on County roadways and multi-use paths. Several Commissioners noted the issue didn’t seem urgent and that it was unnecessary to get involved.”

You might want to get involved sooner than later. Leon County is NOT the Villages. Over the last few Years alone, there has been a few times when an ATV or Side By Side have been struck by a Car or Truck because it was traveling on a County Road. Do you really want to add Golf Carts to the mix too? You don’t allow an ATV or Side By Side on the Multi Use Paths so why allow a Golf Cart? You should also add Go Carts to the List as well. Add 49cc and up Scooters/Motorcycles to the list for Multi Use Paths as well, to close the loop holes..

  3. OK I was just 8itchin to myself about how there is never, ever, is anything Snidely agrees with coming out of these meetings.
    But then I saw it:
The F750 Work Truck donation to Lively Vo Tech.
Make an official entry into The County Historical Records that Snidely has had his first agreement and has issued Snidely’s first tip of the hat with kudos to The Leon County Commission on a job well done.
    Historical and Folklorical

  4. Please make your voices heard, the County and City will be voting on tax rates, due to inflationary pressures our taxes will go up if they are left unchecked. Inflationary appraisals is a “Tax Hike”.

The County and City should roll back the rates to account for inflationary home prices and vacant commercial properties. Stand up for your Check book!
