  1. TR posts are a flood of anti-business anti-capitalist anti-change ninnies. where did the true guard go? maiven? snidely? what happened here?

  2. @David – There’s no doubt in my mind that the local taxpayers are contributing to this pet project of a local developer. I’m pro business, but the private sector needs to be the private sector. Period.

  3. Turning the Capital City Bank into a Gas Station & Store, I can see that. Leave the Building intact, Put Car Pumps & Chargers in the Front and big Trucks & Semi Pumps in the Back. But my guess is, you are going to tear it all down and start from scratch.

Turning that Hotel into apartments might work since it has been 6 different Hotels in the 25 Years.

I hope you are getting Several Million Dollars for the City Block of Land on Bronough. My guess is, you’re giving it away along with a bunch of Tax Breaks.
