The Type A & Pre-Submittal meetings allow applicants to receive detailed comments on their project proposals from all relevant departments. The goal is to identify potential problems & solutions early in process.

How about a report on Tallahassees year end report, which headlines economic development, but only mentions one development, amazon. The rest is all the parks and wealth redistribution they did. Where is the wealth creation?
Here I see a couple more warehouses and more healthcare. Where are the median non govt related jobs?
I have no issues for those 5 Projects. I am shocked that Werner Kia isn’t moving to the East Side over by Kraft Nissan area.
