Joe Bullard, a well-known radio personality in the capital city, has filed a lawsuit against the owner of his previous station, alleging age discrimination and a violation of Florida’s Civil Rights Act.

Margaret O’Connor Hall of Tallahassee, Florida, first woman to serve as principal at Leon High School, died on August 1 at the age of at 84.

State wildlife officials could allow oyster harvesting in part of Northwest Florida’s Apalachicola Bay, where the fishery collapsed more than a decade ago and continues to struggle to recover.

  1. Until Georgia restricts their access to the Apalachicola (Chattahoochee) River water the bay’s oyster crop will continue to struggle.

  2. The Progressive Advocacy Groups Progress Florida and Florida Watch gave only ONE Democrat an F Grade but gave EVERY SINGLE REPUBLICAN an F Grade. Yeah, Sure, they were Fair with their Grading Process.
