City Commissioners Jeremy Matlow and Jack Porter released statements critical of the proposed deal brokered between the City of Tallahassee and Florida State University involving the sale of city-owned hospital assets currently leased to Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare.

  1. Thank you commissioners, Matlow and Porter for doing your jobs and having taxpayers interests in mind.

    Anything having to do with such a large amount of money in play and presented by Mayor Dailey, the City Manager, Commissioners Williams-Cox and Richardson should be reviewed by licensed fiduciaries. These four have a track record of having their own special interests in mind and not the taxpayers. Too many questions. Not enough answers. This just looks bad and blatantly that Mayor Dailey is misusing taxpayer dollars to set himself up in his next career move.
