The November median sales prices of existing homes in the Tallahassee MSA ($334,500) have trended down approximately 4.5% since September 2025 ($349,950), according to the Florida Association of REALTORS®. The Tallahassee MSA includes Leon, Jefferson, Gadsden, and Wakulla counties. Leon county accounts for almost 90% of the MSA real estate transactions.
The November 2025 median sales price ($334,500) is up 5.7% when compared to November 2024 ($321,000).
The number of transactions decreased from one year ago. There were 238 transactions in November 2025, down 3.6% from the 247 transactions recorded one year ago.
At the state level, Florida’s median sales price decreased 0.2% when compared to one year ago. The Florida median sales price was $410,000 in November 2025. Transactions were up 3.4%.
