Daryl Parks Leads Tallahassee Mayoral Money Race

The latest campaign finance reports show that attorney Daryl Parks has raised a total of $158,668 and leads all mayoral candidates in campaign contributions. Not far behind is Loranne Ausley who has raised $153,771. City Commissioner Jeremy Matlow reported a total of $96,057.

PJ Andres Perez leads the race for city commission Seat 3 – being vacated by Matlow – with $18,756 followed by Talethia Edwards with $15,200. She is followed by Max Herrle with $7,032 and Norm Roche with $1,186.

City Commissioner Dianne Williams-Cox has raised $21,366 in her reelection effort in city Seat 5, while her opponent Bernard Stevens reported no contributions.

In Leon County Commission races, incumbents Nick Maddox and Bill Proctor have yet to draw an opponent. In the race for District 3, incumbent Rick Minor leads with $51,276. His challenger, Charles Lorch reported $16,500.

In the race for District 5, incumbent David O’Keefe reported $15,701 and his opponent David Hawkins reported $8,180.

  1. Honestly, Prudence, its been so long now that the local Democrat voters have forgotten all about the Gillum/Parks dirty dealing and just vote Democrat in their typical Deaf, Dumb, and Blind fashion.
